I was a copywriter on the Interactive Retail Team redesigning how customers around the world buy their iPhone on the Apple Online Store. Some areas I was responsible for included:

Learning new business requirements and brainstorming with UX Teams to conceptualize new flows, designs, and interactions for the iPhone purchase page.

Presenting ideas and rationale behind decisions to Creative Directors and product stakeholders for feedback and approvals.

Evolving the brand tone of voice with conversational copy that provides a guided, simple, and genuine customer experience.

Crafting customer journeys for prototype builds to test designs and concepts for usability. Iterated on the findings to improve design and copy for final build.

Working side-by-side with Engineers and Developers to validate copy and functionality in final build for all possible use cases on multiple platforms.
